Threesixty Architecture is looking for a Project Architect to join our Glasgow team.
We’re an award-winning, B Corp-certified practice delivering a wide range of projects across Scotland and the UK, with a strong focus on thoughtful, regenerative architecture that creates a positive impact for people and place.
You’ll work on a range of projects from concept design through to completion on site, alongside a supportive and experienced team within a collaborative studio environment.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working with clients, consultants and contractors, while also contributing positively to the wider studio culture.
Technical ability is important, but we’re equally interested in someone who enjoys being part of a team, communicates well, contributes their ideas and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to a wide range of exciting projects, from masterplanning and visioning to commercial, industrial, residential, and civic developments.
- Be actively involved across all RIBA work stages.
- Lead and contribute to design reviews, client presentations, and project delivery.
- Manage multiple projects at varying stages, ensuring quality from concept through to on-site delivery.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness, leadership, and the ability to balance design excellence with technical proficiency.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members and supporting studio-wide knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years post RIBA Part 3 qualified and ARB registered.
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects at RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential).
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning policy, and technical standards.
- Experience of on-site delivery and contract administration.
- Excellent coordination, organisation and communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative and detail-focused approach.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
