Threesixfive is partnering with an early-stage AI startup building a platform designed to help enterprise teams produce high-quality visual content at scale. The product combines modern web technologies with AI-driven workflows to enable faster iteration, localisation, and experimentation for large product catalogues and marketing campaigns.
The company is a small, ambitious team backed by experienced founders and early traction with enterprise customers. They are now hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer to help shape the product, architecture, and technical direction as they scale. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage where you will have meaningful ownership over the product and the engineering culture.
The Role
As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with the founders to design and build core product functionality from the ground up. You’ll take ownership of key areas of the platform, contribute to architectural decisions, and ship features that directly impact customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys moving quickly, solving real product problems, and working in a highly collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Build product features end-to-end across the frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Own significant product areas and take them from idea through to production.
- Contribute to architectural decisions that balance speed today with scalability tomorrow.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and commercial teams to translate customer needs into shipped features.
- Help establish engineering best practices and contribute to a strong technical culture.
The platform is built primarily in TypeScript across the stack, with modern tools and frameworks. Typical technologies include:
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind
- Tooling: modern build tools and developer tooling
- Infrastructure: cloud-native architecture
The stack continues to evolve, and engineers are encouraged to contribute ideas about tooling, architecture, and development practices.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a strong product-minded engineer who is comfortable working across the stack and thrives in fast-moving environments. Ideal candidates will have:
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- A track record of shipping real product features in production environments
- Experience working in startup or high-growth product companies
- A high level of ownership, initiative, and communication
- Comfort working closely with founders, designers, and customers
- Experience with AI-driven products, modern web platforms, or high-scale systems is a bonus but not required.
Why Join
- Early engineering hire with meaningful product ownership
- Opportunity to shape the architecture and technical direction of the platform
- Work alongside experienced founders and a small, high-calibre team
- Competitive compensation and meaningful equity
Location
This role is London-based with an in-office collaboration culture.
If you’re interested in building products from the ground up and want to have a direct impact on how companies create and scale visual content using AI, we’d love to hear from you.
