As the Bar Manager, you will be the driving force behind the bar's daily operations, ensuring every guest and member experiences exceptional service, quality drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, and play a key role in menu development, stock management, and staff training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Ongoing training and motivation for the bar staff, creating a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to maintain high standards. Lead by example, providing hands-on support during operational hours.
- Bar Operations and Efficiency: Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure the bar is always clean, well-stocked, and organised. - Cocktail Menu Development: Collaborate with the team to create innovative cocktails and seasonal drink menus, which are unique, niche, seasonal, and on brand with Crowded House. Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Plan and execute specials and bespoke cocktails when necessary.
- Customer Experience and Sales: Ensure every guest receives exceptional service, from the first welcome to the final goodbye. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Promote a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business and guest loyalty.
- Compliance and Safety: Enforce all food and beverage regulations, including age verification. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. Ensure the bar operates in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Skills and Experience:
