Location: Remote
Salary: $160,000 + Benefits
Role Overview: We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on VP of Growth Marketing to take full ownership of marketing at Threecolts. You will drive go-to-market strategies, growth campaigns, content, and performance marketing — directly impacting product adoption, revenue, and retention across Seller 365 and our broader suite of solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape the next phase of growth for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS business while staying closely connected to execution and results.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the marketing function for Seller 365 and Threecolts' broader product portfolio, with a focus on product-led growth (PLG) and measurable outcomes.
- Design and execute end-to-end growth campaigns across SEO, paid media, email, and social, leveraging rapid experimentation and iteration.
- Develop and drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, major feature releases, and growth initiatives.
- Build a growth engine around “marketable moments” — turning product updates, trends, and customer success into acquisition and retention drivers.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing tech stack, including tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, and email automation platforms.
- Lead SEO and blog content strategy to drive organic traffic and authority, working with in-house and freelance writers.
- Own lifecycle marketing and all email communications, from cold outreach to nurture flows and reactivation campaigns.
- Manage landing page strategy and conversion rate optimization across our web properties.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Support, and Community teams to amplify user-generated content and community-led growth.
- Define, track, and report on key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, retention) — using insights to drive smarter decision-making.
- Build scalable marketing systems, processes, and infrastructure to support ongoing growth.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years leading growth in a high-growth B2B SaaS or PLG-driven startup.
- Strong preference for experience marketing to Amazon sellers, ecommerce brands, or SMB audiences.
- Proven success driving growth through experimentation, rapid test/learn cycles, and data-driven iteration.
- Expertise across core growth channels: SEO, paid acquisition, email marketing, content, and social.
- Strategic thinker with deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, funnel optimization) and customer journeys.
- Highly creative, with a sharp eye for messaging, positioning, and user psychology.
- Track record of building marketing campaigns and infrastructure from scratch — both strategy and hands-on execution.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator; comfortable leading initiatives across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with high levels of autonomy and ownership.
