About The Role
Weโre hiring a Product Marketing Strategy Lead to own the positioning, messaging, and narrative systems that guide how Threecolts communicates value across multiple flagship products. You will refine and extend existing foundations โ ICP definitions, early positioning structures, and our positioning flywheel โ into a coherent, scalable system.
This role requires strong product comprehension, structured thinking, and the ability to translate complex SaaS and service offerings into clear, resonant narratives for diverse buyer types. Youโll develop messaging that is compelling, effective, and grounded in customer and product truth, while operating in an environment with ambiguity, evolving product surfaces, and incomplete inputs.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Sales, GTM Enablement, and an experienced content strategist to align messaging across sales-led, partner-led, and multichannel motions. The ideal candidate brings narrative clarity, analytical depth, and the maturity to unify perspectives across teams without overreliance on any single lens.
This role manages two PMM direct reports.
