About The Role
The Marketing Manager – Partnerships will play a key role in accelerating Threecolts' partner ecosystem by developing high-quality partner-facing assets, streamlining communication flows, and enabling Partner Managers with the tools they need to acquire, activate, and support partners at scale. This role is fast-paced and highly cross-functional, requiring strong editorial skills, operational rigor, and the ability to deliver accurate, polished content quickly. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and the wider marketing team to produce partner-ready collateral, maintain asset libraries, support co-marketing initiatives, and build scalable systems that improve efficiency and consistency across our partner program.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain a library of partner-facing collateral such as product one-pagers, decks, onboarding materials, and use-case content
- Translate product marketing messaging into clear, partner-ready formats
- Manage partner communications including newsletters, welcome emails, and update cycles
- Support Partner Managers with outbound messaging, micro-assets, and co-marketing materials
- Maintain structured systems for asset distribution, version control, and request intake
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and alignment across all partner materials
- Support partner-related events with collateral and follow-up content
- Improve operational efficiency by reducing ad-hoc work through scalable templates and processes
- Contribute insights from partner and customer interactions to refine messaging and materials
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of B2B SaaS or e-commerce marketing experience
- Strong copywriting and the ability to convert product messaging into partner-ready documents
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting go-to-market motions across cross-functional teams
- Process-driven mindset with experience creating scalable systems and templates
- Familiarity with CRM and email automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Experience in partner/channel marketing
- CMS/landing page builder experience
- High comfort with AI tools for content development
Why This Role Matters
