The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping how Threecolts’ products are positioned, launched, and adopted across our global customer base. You will be responsible for defining product narratives, crafting compelling messaging, and executing go-to-market strategies that drive growth and customer engagement. In this role, you will work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions. You’ll lead product launches, develop sales enablement assets, and partner with marketing to create campaigns that increase awareness and accelerate adoption. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and excels at turning customer insights and market trends into high-impact marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute product marketing strategy to drive awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to implement go-to-market initiatives
- Create and manage product positioning, messaging, and value proposition
- Manage product launches and feature updates, including creating launch plans, collateral, and sales enablement tools
- Drive product-led growth through initiatives such as free trials, special offers, in-app messaging, and product adoption and retention strategies
- Monitor industry trends and customer competitive intelligence to inform product marketing plans and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption
- Produce product-related webpages, marketing collateral, and presentations

- Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies
