About Threecolts
Threecolts is a fast-growing SaaS company powering thousands of Amazon and Walmart sellers with tools that drive growth, automation, and insight. With a team of 500+ people across 40+ countries, we’re remote-first, product-led, and building scalable systems that handle millions of data points daily.
The Role
We’re hiring a Head of Design to lead and deliver best-in-class UX, marketing, and brand design across Threecolts. You’ll own the design function end-to-end, from execution to strategy, while also managing our external design agency. You must be a hands-on leader: able to deliver, critique, and ship at pace.
Responsibilities
- Lead all design functions across UX, UI, product, web, and brand
- Own full design delivery: ideation to go-to-market for both product and marketing
- Build and maintain scalable, fast-moving design workflows
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering to drive results
- Manage and direct output from our external agency — ensure consistency, speed, and quality
- Deliver full websites, UX flows, and UI systems — not just visuals, but real shipped solutions
- Stay close to the work — this is not just a strategy role
Requirements
- 8+ years in UX/product/marketing design, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
- Demonstrate track record of designing and shipping multiple (4/5) full product experiences across SaaS and mobile. Each should be visible, usable, and show measurable user or business impact.
- You must be able to walk us through full design ownership: from research and IA to pixel-perfect delivery, not just visuals. This includes:
- Full UX and UI systems built in Figma or equivalent
- Collaboration with PMs and engineers on scoping, feedback, and iteration
- QA and launch support (you stuck with it through shipping)
- Product success metrics or lessons learned
AI In Design – Required
- Proven use of AI tools to support and accelerate design workflows
- Strong familiarity with AI design tools, and a clear philosophy on when and how to use them for research, ideation, prototyping, and scaling output
- Must be able to talk through how AI was applied across:
- UX research
- Ideation
- Wireframes
- Visual design
- Copywriting
- Marketing asset generation
- Show how AI helped improve speed, output, or scale
Interview Expectations
Come Prepared To Walk Us Through At Least 4 Real, Shipped Products — Ideally SaaS Platforms Or Mobile Apps — Where You Led The Design. We’ll Be Looking To Understand
- What the product does and why it matters
- Your individual contributions (not just what the team delivered)
- Where your impact is clearly visible
- The tools and processes you used
- How you worked with product and engineering
- How AI played a role in your design approach
- What outcomes you achieved — and what you’d do differently next time
This is a leadership role, but also a builder role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands the demands of SaaS, and can deliver! #J-18808-Ljbffr
