THREE60 Operations Division are currently recruiting for aProduction Team Leaderto join the team.

The successful candidate will safely deliver the asset production plan, direct and lead the efficient running of the production team, achieving safety, environment, production, and budgetary targets, whilst ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, technical integrity standards and company safety management system.

You will coordinate and control the issue and return of permits under permit vision and have an overview of all operations under way and planned on site to avoid hazards caused by simultaneous activities. Ensure the appropriate level of risk assessments are carried out and liaise closely with the performing authorities (PA) when planning work activities to ensure correct control measures are identified and in place.

This is anoffshore rotational rolemobilising out of Dyce, Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities

• Commitment to and delivery of company safety, environmental, production targets and standards in a safe and efficient manner
• Demonstrate commitment to the highest standards of HSE, working continuously for improvement both in own activities and in those of the assets, projects, or other business activities in which they are involved
• Ownership of production activities on the platform, ensuring the facility achieves the hydrocarbon production target
• Ensure that operational procedures, guidelines, and policies are developed, implemented, reviewed, and always complied with
• Monitor and respond effectively to operational changes, communicate to relevant parties any changes in operating parameters
• Performance manage and develop individuals in line with business requirements and individual aspirations
• Maintain a firm understanding of the threat cyber-attacks pose in both regular IT (information technology) and OT (operational technology / industrial automation) environments and the potential consequences of such attacks
• Lead operations team to ensure compliance with regulatory consent commitments
• Role model for safe and environmentally responsible behaviors
• Ensure comprehensive records and logs are maintained, and effective handovers are carried out at shift and crew change
• Responsible to the management team for reporting all occurrences and production difficulties which could affect the safe and continuous production of hydrocarbons
• Responsible on a shift-to-shift basis for all offshore production processes and systems, their effective operation and leadership of system improvements
• Actively support the production loss management process, and is aware of all current losses planned and unplanned, completion of five whys/RCAs
• Manage plant availability to ensure that safety critical maintenance is completed, and production requirements are met
• Ensure safe isolation and reinstatement of process equipment and systems
• Ensure that chemical injection systems are optimised to maintain pipeline integrity whilst maximizing efficiency
• Contribute to performance and development activities to support improvement and strengthening of individual and team performance under the direction of the site leadership team
• Identifying weaknesses/gaps which prevent compliance with minimum standards and delivery of optimum asset performance. Create and deliver work programmes to close any gaps identified
• Responsible for first line operations fault finding and maintenance
• Provide input to integrated asset plans with regards to plant preparation schedule and execution detail, ensuring operational resource and competence is adequate to deliver against the plan
• Carry out competence assessment and assurance activities at site as required to meet asset/organisational requirements
• Performs Area Authority role as required, ensuring that all work is conducted in line with control of work policies and procedures. Responsibilities include:
• Identify work site conflicts which may arise from a change in plant conditions in the vicinity, as well as conflicting adjacent tasks
• Ensure PA has a good understanding of the task and main hazards involved prior to permit issue
• Accountable for the operation, control and monitoring of process plant and utility systems in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with Company’s Safety Management system
• Safely and efficiently operate process equipment and utility systems within design parameters and in accordance with operating procedures and as directed by the Control Room Operator
• Carry out watch keeping duties to ensure integrity and stability of operation is maintained
• Devising and implementing safe isolation of processing equipment and systems for maintenance activities
• Safe and efficient reinstatement of process equipment and systems following shutdown or maintenance activities in full compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Respond to process trips and unplanned equipment stoppages in a timely manner
• Ensure safe operating practices are maintained during all operations
• Responsible for first line operations fault finding and maintenance
• Raise corrective Work Orders which contain sufficient information of a quality which will allow for priority ranking
• Safe and efficient reinstatement of process equipment and systems following shutdown or maintenance activities in full compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Safely and efficiently operate process equipment and utility systems within design parameters and in accordance with operating procedures and as directed by the Control Room Operator
• Ensure platform operations are consistently delivered within relevant regulatory consent limits
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis activities to address production loss events and enable production protection and optimisation
• Ensure appropriate management of change process are followed when operating or maintaining plant equipment

Competence Requirements

• Recognised Apprenticeship, NVQ (Level 3) or equivalent
• Level 3 NVQ – Processing Operations
• Advanced Gas Tester Level 1
• Mechanical Isolation Authority
• BOSIET / FOET with CA-EBS (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)
• OEUK Medical
• Valid MIST (Minimum Industry Safety Training)
• SIRP Training
• COMAH site operational experience essential
• Process safety knowledge essential
• Equipment isolation expertise essential
• Emergency response experience essential
• Multi-discipline maintenance experience desirable
• Root cause analysis expertise desirable
