THREE60 Operations Division are currently recruiting for a HSSE Management Systems Advisor to join the team on a full time, 6 month fixed term basis.
The successful candidate will provide HSSE support to the Operations HSSE team and the Group HSEQ Director to ensure the Safety & Environmental Management System (SEMS) remains compliant and supports the safe execution of day‑to‑day operations.
You will support THREE60 achie HSEQ excellence and compliance with all relevant legislation, and practical guidance to personnel in the preparation and safe execution of work.
This role will ideally be based in Aberdeen city centre, working on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate/Contribute to the development and update of Company Health, Safety Environmental policies and procedures in line with legislation, guidance and industry best practice
- Conduct review of legislation and include reference to guidance and Industry best practice to ensure SEMS standards and procedures remain up to date
- Work with the HSSE Lead to support Operations and Group with the provision of practical and professional documents
- Ensure production of procedures is primarily focussed on the user
- Collaborate with Operations, HSSE and Document Controllers (DCC) to ensure procedures are published in a timely manner into the THREE60 Information Management System (IMS)
- Support the business with maintaining and improving it’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditations by ensuring the SEMS remains compliant
- Support the response to regulatory inspections including tracking and management of actions arising
- Oversee the incident management and investigation process including the tracking and closure of any actions
- Support the delivery of activities as outlined on contract HSE Plans and Audit & Assurance plans
- Promote major accident hazard awareness across contracts and deliver commitments on the Process Safety Improvement Plan
Competence Requirements
- Technical Author or experience developing, reviewing and publication of HSSE standards and procedures highly desirable
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 requirements
- Knowledge of UK HSE regulatory framework, including specific legislation applicable to the Duty Holder activities in the Energy sector
- Demonstratable experience with the development and/or maintenance of management systems, standards and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills essential
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication (written/Verbal) skills essential
