To provide administrative support to operations via delivery of Company processes and procedures. Support the business services team in the coordination of commercial analysis, cost allocation, timesheet processing, maintenance of internal systems and applications, data entry and SharePoint site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business services team with administrative process development and delivery.
- Support the processing and analysis of onshore timesheets and expenses.
- Provide administrative support in the preparation and analysis of contract reconciliations and re-charges.
- Responsible for administrating the DSE Assessment process for operations resources.
- Set up and maintain data in the Chronos application, including project set up, logging purchase orders, sales invoices, and system rates.
- Responsible for inputting and maintaining proposal data in the Chronos application.
- Support the processing of intercompany transactions, including administration of intercompany orders, invoice processing and reporting.
- Support the Business Services Team and contract owners with adhoc projects as required.
- Ensure that all work is carried out safely in compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned which may be reasonably expected within the scope of the role.
Competence Requirements
Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Formal qualification in a relevant Business qualification or similar (desirable).
- Strong commercial acumen (essential).
- Knowledge of working in the Energy Sector (desirable).
- Experience of using ERP systems (desirable).
- Experience in analysing and cleansing data and maintaining systems (desirable).
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the reconciliation of costs and sales (essential).
- Ability and commitment to complete tasks within set deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude (essential).
- Proven experience of working in an administrative role supporting businesses across multiple entities and service lines, including the administration of intercompany trading (preferable).
- Excellent administrative skills (essential).
- Strong excel skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data (essential).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships (essential).
