At Three UK we are looking for a passionate marketing professional to join the B2B Marketing team. The Business segment is a key growth area for Three where you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by delivering marketing and channel campaigns. B2B is a fast-paced, dynamic team so we’re looking for someone who can juggle multiple projects and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.
In this role you’ll work closely with our internal teams and agency partners to deliver performance marketing advertising aimed at small and micro businesses. From creative development and optimisation, through to channel execution and measurement, you will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of these campaigns.
You’ll need to be a creative superstar with an eye for brand detail as you’ll be delivering campaigns that support our latest propositions and product launches. This includes managing multiple briefs across different agencies, and the creative feedback from internal teams. You will also lead on developing test & learn roadmaps for your area and a strategy to drive engagement on key owned channels, such as LinkedIn.

Job Description
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns that meet comms objectives in line with business needs
- Lead as a key creative point of contact on all performance marketing campaigns
- Act as a brand guardian to our channel comms teams, providing creative review and advice
- Analyse performance marketing reporting to drive creative effectiveness in your area
- Manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
Qualifications
Essential Experience:
- Experience delivering digital marketing campaign creatives, including handling creative feedback
- Experience working with agencies to develop advertising
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management skills in a marketing environment
- Experience handling marketing performance data to identify creative optimisation opportunities
Other experience which is nice to have:
- Experience running performance (offer-led) marketing campaigns in consumer or B2B goods
- Experience in social media content creation
- Knowledge of B2B marketing
- Experience in new product launches
We offer a competitive annual salary. The salary range for this role begins at £37,200. Please note that the exact salary will vary depending on the specific job role and your experience. You’ll be eligible for a performance-based annual bonus and an additional ‘flexible allowance’. You can use this flexible allowance to avail additional benefits, top up your pension, or simply add it to your salary. We support hybrid working. You can work from your home for 2-3 days a week and spend the remaining 2-3 days at our brand new office in Reading’s Green Park. You’ll be entitled to 28 days of annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays and 3 personal days each year. The number of annual leave days increases with your length of service. We provide Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, and Income Protection. You’ll receive a free mobile phone package and an unlimited sim-card. At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role. Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
