Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon – Fri * Hybrid

Job Description

The company has a partnership with a supplier of Towerco services and this role is key to forging a successful partnership between the two parties, and delivering on contractual obligations. In addition, with the merger in place, the team are working on provision of various information to support both internal and external stakeholders. The role is financial accounting focused, but the team is small but with a wide remit, so there will also be a requirement to support commercial issues, management accounting, reporting and analysis. Given the nature of the work, this role will suit someone who is flexible, enjoys learning and improving/developing processes to add real value to an organisation.

  • Support the production of financial information requirements for both BAU, merger-related transactions and ad-hoc requests.
  • Lead on the delivery of relevant contractual obligations, gaining a deep understanding of the key elements of commercial agreements.
  • Supporting the Finance Manager on all financial and management accounting and reporting.
  • Lead the provision of required information on Towerco-related audits.
  • Supporting commercial discussions between VodafoneThree and external suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Qualified financial accountant.
  • Strong understanding of external statutory and non-statutory audits, including methodologies, requirements, processes, controls and finance accounting.
  • Self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and drive changes/improvements.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communications skills to deal with individuals/teams within and external to the organisation.
