Location: Newbury (+ Hybrid Working)

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll play a key role in supporting pricing strategy and commercial performance across the mobile portfolio.
  • Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll help ensure pricing decisions are well‑informed, competitive, and aligned to business goals.
  • This is a role where insight meets action – you’ll analyse performance, spot trends, and help shape pricing initiatives that directly impact revenue and margin.
  • Support the execution of pricing changes across the business, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
  • Maintain pricing governance documentation and ensure processes are followed consistently.
  • Deliver forecasting and performance reporting for pricing‑related KPIs.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to inform recommendations.
  • Contribute to business cases for new propositions and commercial initiatives.
  • Support post‑implementation reviews (PIRs) to assess pricing effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, finance, and trading teams.
  • Contribute to a high‑performing, insight‑driven team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.
  • Experience working with data tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to analyse and present findings.
  • Confident communicator who can influence and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Able to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate them into clear recommendations.
  • Understanding of pricing, forecasting, or commercial performance management.
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve ways of working.
