Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do

VodafoneThree Wholesale has entered a once-in-a-generation opportunity to redefine the UK connectivity market. Our newly merged business brings together the scale, innovation, network strength and market expertise of two industry leaders — creating the most advanced mobile network in the UK and unlocking bold new possibilities for our customers. We’re building a brand-new Wholesale team to set and deliver an ambitious wholesale strategy that drives sustainable growth, launches new revenue streams, forges powerful partnerships and delivers on customer experience. These roles are at the forefront of shaping our market position and ensuring our network advantage translates into commercial success at a pivotal moment for the market and VodafoneThree. This position carries overarching responsibility for one of the largest and most significant MVNO relationships within VodafoneThree’s Retail MVNO portfolio. The partner is one of the most significant Tier 1 MVNOs in the market, owned by one of the UK’s most established and high-profile consumer brands. The P&L is valued at £100 million per annum and encompasses a total subscriber base of over 2.5m subscribers. Within this role, you will set and execute a strategy that delivers sustainable growth from the relationship, driving long‑term value for both VodafoneThree and the MVNO partner. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Retail MVNO, you will own the overall MVNO P&L, lead a high‑performing virtual team, and represent VodafoneThree as a trusted, innovative partner to the MVNO. A key aspect of this role will be to work in close partnership with senior leaders from wholesale and the wider business, ensuring that our contractual obligations are met and that the partner experience is optimised. You will also represent the MVNO internally, ensuring their needs are met and experience is optimised. Due to the significance of this relationship you will be providing updates to senior stakeholders (including ELT members) on a regular and frequent basis.

Key responsibilities

  • Own, develop and maintain a strong, strategic partnership with the MVNO, fostering long‑term growth and trust.
  • Owning the account strategy for the MVNO, develop and execute the account plan to drive commercial performance, unlock growth and deliver sustainable, long‑term value for VodafoneThree.
  • Leading the strategic partnership with the MVNO, ensuring open, transparent, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and governance standards across MVNO engagements.
  • Own and lead the joint business planning (JBP) process, aligning on strategic goals and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Track, analyse, report and present on commercial partnership performance metrics, delivering high‑impact presentations for L1 reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally internally and externally to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

  • Proven track record in senior wholesale, retail MVNO, or telecom partner management roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and margin growth through Tier 1 MVNO relationships.
