Responsibilities
- Test and launch new VoLTE, 5G and core services, including Commercial Launch, thereby expanding VodafoneThree's global service footprint.
- Update International Roaming Agreements ensuring technology neutrality and compilation of VoLTE Annex (C14).
- Manage roaming operational incidents and their resolution for VodafoneThree, MVNO and inbound roaming customers in collaboration with vendors and technical teams where appropriate.
- Provide input and support for projects that touch roaming ensuring no disruption to service and quality.
- Update the Advice of Charge messages for VodafoneThree and MVNO customers as required.
- Modify customers to the preferred roaming partners based on volume / financial/ commercial commitment.
Qualifications
- Experienced International Roaming Specialist or with relevant experience in Operations or Network Engineering roles.
- Strong operational understanding of core network technologies including SS7, IP, CAMEL, IMS, VoLTE, 5G, TADIG and related systems.
- Ability to interpret and analyse network performance KPIs and service metrics.
- Delivery-focused, with the credibility and confidence to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong multitasking capability, and effective communication skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working and developing relationships with a variety of teams and stakeholders within VodafoneThree.
