Full-time position with a hybrid working approach, allowing flexibility to work both in the office and at home. Employees are expected to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month.

This role exists to migrate existing Three customers to Vodafone, ensuring seamless transitions and delivering exceptional customer experiences. It focuses on upselling and cross‑selling to SOHO customers (up to 9 employees), driving revenue growth and margin improvement while supporting VodafoneThree’s commitment to innovation and customer‑first values.
What you’ll do:
- Retain end‑of‑contract customers by recommending appropriate products and services across our brands and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service across voice, chat, and WhatsApp channels.
- Maintain expert knowledge of VodafoneThree products and services.
- Use CRM tools (Amdocs, Salesforce, HALO) to manage interactions and track performance.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Who you are:
- Proven sales experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services (SIMO, Handsets, Business Broadband).
- Customer service experience with problem‑solving focus.
- Experience working towards KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
