Hybrid Working: We do not require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.
What you’ll do:
- Assess improvement initiatives and change demand, defining scope, impact, risks, and dependencies across governance, systems, and processes.
- Design end‑to‑end governance and process improvements aligned to target‑state ways of working – working cross‑functionally across the business and deep into the vertical teams to ensure the right solution is delivered.
- Lead delivery of assigned change initiatives through design, rollout, hyper‑care, and BAU transition.
- Produce high‑quality process documentation, including process maps, standards, work instructions, and training materials.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business, in Network verticals and in Finance to embed new governance processes and ensure sustained adoption.
- Manage delivery risks, mitigations, and dependencies, escalating where required.
- Align change delivery with PMO governance, stage gates, and Audit and SOX compliant financial control standards.
- Support and contribute to the financial risk log, ensuring mitigation plans are practical and actionable.
Who you are:
- Strong experience designing governance and process improvements end‑to‑end across cross‑functional teams.
- Proven track record leading change initiatives from design through rollout and hyper‑care.
- Hands‑on experience with tooling SMEs to enable process and reporting enhancements, including innovative AI‑driven solutions.
- Ability to coach stakeholders on the benefits of continuous improvement and improved governance practices.
