Part‑time position. Location: Unit 9, Canal Walk, Swindon, United Kingdom, SN1 1LD

Salary: £13.72 per hour + an on‑target bonus of 15%, paid out monthly based on your store's performance

Working Hours: 12 hours across 2 to 3 days per week, including weekends on a rotation basis

Role Overview

As a Retail Customer Advisor at Three UK you will meet each customer’s unique needs, drive sales, and help us hit our standards and targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Enhance the customer journey through meaningful interactions that leave customers feeling positive and valued.
  • Service Excellence: Create exceptional experiences by tailoring and promoting our innovative products and services.
  • Performance Enhancement: Achieve personal and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving sales and meeting performance goals.
  • Solution Efficiency: Provide personalised solutions for customers with general mobile or network‑related enquiries, ensuring a resolution is given promptly.
