Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Managing complex and high-risk employee relations cases by providing expert advice and coaching to people managers and stakeholders across the organisation, driving business objectives and operational outcomes.
- Managing complex and high-risk cases including:
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Sickness absence and capability issues
- Performance management and appeals
- Whistleblowing and early conciliation
- Settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal claims
Qualifications
- Has comprehensive technical knowledge and skills in Employee Relations, including high-volume and highly complex case management
- Has experience in identifying, assessing, and managing risk using employment law knowledge and commercial experience
- Excellent communication skills and technical guidance
- Has in-depth knowledge of Employment Law and its application in a business setting
