Working Hours
: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday – core hours between 10.00am and 4.00pm

Job Description
We\’re excited to be recruiting for a Performance & Reporting Specialist to join our team for VodafoneThree\’s SMARTY brand. As a key member of our commercial team, you\’ll play a vital role in helping us make informed decisions and drive business growth. You\’ll work closely with our Trading & Performance Manager to analyse trading performance, forecast future trends, and identify areas for improvement. Your skills and expertise will help us better understand our business and make data-driven decisions.

What you\’ll do:

  • Provide regular reports on sales, revenue, and customer retention to help us understand our channel performance
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to identify key trends and themes, and present your findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our Commercial Finance team to develop business cases for new initiatives and assess their commercial impact
  • Work with our Business Intelligence team to ensure smooth data flows and identify areas for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a business partner to help drive our commercial objectives

Qualifications
Who you are:

  • Has a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in MS Office tools (particularly Excel)
  • Has experience working with complex data sets and producing detailed reports based on your analysis
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key insights and communicate them effectively
