Location: Newbury + (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities

  • Own, develop and maintain a strong, strategic partnership with the MVNO, fostering long‑term growth and trust.
  • Own the account strategy for the MVNO, develop and execute the account plan to drive commercial performance, unlock growth and deliver sustainable, long‑term value for VodafoneThree.
  • Lead the strategic partnership with the MVNO, ensuring open, transparent, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and governance standards across MVNO engagements.
  • Own and lead the joint business planning (JBP) process, aligning on strategic goals and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, report and present on commercial partnership performance metrics, delivering high‑impact presentations for L1 reviews.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally internally and externally to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Who you are

  • Proven track record in senior wholesale, retail MVNO, or telecom partner management roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and margin growth through Tier 1 MVNO relationships.
