Hybrid Working
We believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.
The Commercial Partner Programme Manager plays a pivotal role in unlocking the full commercial value of partner programmes. You’ll manage funds, incentives, certifications and compliance to ensure every available benefit is fully utilised and driving measurable business outcomes. In this role, you’ll work cross‑functionally to transform partner entitlements into revenue growth, stronger margins, pipeline acceleration and meaningful commercial impact. Your ability to optimise programme performance and spot opportunities will directly influence how the business scales through its partner ecosystem.
What you’ll do
- Programme Value Ownership – Own and maintain a consolidated view of partner programme value across the full Tier 1 portfolio, including MDF, co‑investment funds, rebates and incentives.
- Fund Tracking & Maximisation – Monitor fund availability, utilisation and claim deadlines to ensure every pound of commercial value is captured and no funds expire unused.
- Certification & Tier Management – Oversee certification status and programme tiering, keeping a forward view of requirements, renewals and opportunities to elevate partner standing.
- Deal Registration Compliance – Drive deal‑registration accuracy across Sales and Pre‑Sales teams to protect margin and unlock maximum programme benefits.
- MDF & Co‑Investment Activation – Collaborate with Commercial GTM and Marketing to deploy MDF and co‑investment funds into high‑impact, margin‑generating activities.
- Programme Health Visibility – Maintain a central partner‑programme dashboard, giving clear visibility of fund utilisation, certification progress, rebates and overall programme health.
Who you are
- Partner Programme Expertise – Proven experience in partner programme management, channel operations or vendor‑programme roles within B2B technology, telecoms or managed services.
- Commercial Structure Knowledge – Strong understanding of partner commercial models, including MDF, rebates, deal registration and tiering frameworks.
- Analytical & Reporting Strength – Confident analysing programme performance, interpreting data and communicating insights with clarity and impact.
- Proactive, Value‑Driven Mindset – Detail‑oriented and commercially focused, with a drive to maximise every element of partner‑programme value.
- Relationship & Stakeholder Management – Skilled at building strong relationships with partner‑programme teams and internal stakeholders to keep programmes aligned, compliant and commercially effective.
