This role leads the commercial strategy for roaming, add-ons, and out-of-bundle propositions. It designs tariff structures, manages base enrichment initiatives, and drives migration strategies to grow Vodafone’s base, ensuring strong alignment with trading and commercial objectives.
What you’ll do
- Own and oversee P&L performance for roaming, add-on, and out-of-bundle propositions.
- Deliver commercial plans supporting base enrichment and voluntary customer migration initiatives.
- Track and analyse roaming P&L performance across customer groups, using insights to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain Pricing Guide content, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with trading teams and commercial partners to align proposition priorities and outcomes.
- Support accurate forecasting and reporting for all in-life propositions.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to support proposition development.
- Produce post-implementation reviews (PIRs) for major in-life initiatives and campaigns.

Who you are
- Experience in telecoms, with an understanding of tariff structures and customer-focused migration approaches.
- Capability in commercial modelling, forecasting, and longer-term planning.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and work constructively with stakeholders.
- Analytical capability, with experience using data to develop clear and well-reasoned proposals.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with experience supporting positive commercial outcomes.
