What you’ll do

  • In this role, you’ll help grow Three UK’s core margin by unlocking more value from our existing customer base.
  • You’ll focus on cross‑sell performance, bringing together insight, creativity and commercial discipline to deliver both volume and margin growth.
  • By making the most of our voice and mobile broadband propositions, you’ll turn customer understanding into compelling, well‑timed offers across multiple channels.
  • You’ll take ownership of the end‑to‑end cross‑sell trading plan, balancing proactive and reactive activity to maximise impact.
  • Working closely with teams across Commercial, Brand, Channels and Finance, you’ll ensure plans are well aligned, effectively delivered and continuously optimised.
  • This role is well suited to someone who enjoys spotting opportunities, testing ideas and turning insight into measurable results - all while working collaboratively and building strong relationships.

Own and deliver the cross‑sell strategy, driving performance across key metrics including volume and inflow ARPU. Execute and continuously optimise cross‑sell activity across multiple channels, using both proactive and reactive approaches. Lead the optimisation of customer‑facing communications to improve open rates, click‑through rates and conversion. Shape and deliver the cross‑sell promotional plan, whether through pricing changes, proposition updates or toolkit enhancements. Identify and deliver opportunities to generate incremental volume and value beyond agreed targets. Size and assess opportunities and recovery options, working closely with Commercial and Finance teams to understand impact and lead implementation. Take commercial ownership of existing customer demand generation, partnering with Brand teams to define the right approach and refine it through ongoing optimisation.

Who you are

  • Experience in mobile trading, acquisition strategy or commercial planning.
  • A strong understanding of PAYM commercial models, pricing levers and customer behaviour.
  • Confidence in forecasting, performance analysis and campaign delivery to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative leadership experience with the ability to positively influence senior stakeholders.
