The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 £ per year.

This role works with SMARTY’s P&L and propositions manager to drive incremental revenue from SMARTY’s existing customer base, optimising performance of existing propositions such as Refer a Friend and Groups, and achieving P&L targets through base up-sell, upgrade and cross-sell programmes. The position works closely with the CVM team to build effective sales campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Monetise the launch of new and existing propositions through base management, including add-on sales, international calling, etc.
  • Manage in-life revenue & retention KPIs of base programmes, including upsell, upgrade and cross-sell programmes.
  • Explore all options to create new revenue & retention opportunities for SMARTY and business-case them for approval.
  • Own Refer A Friend and Groups 1.0 & 2.0 performance.
  • Manage and own SMARTY’s revenue-driving KPIs: ARPU and Total Revenue.
  • Collaborate with P&L and Retention analysts on analytics to drive optimum results, forecast activity and build mitigations to achieve P&L targets.
  • Help create and coordinate SMARTY’s revenue performance reporting for all key stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with CRM and other key stakeholders to create compelling, on-brand base management plans.

Qualifications

  • Ability to analyse data from multiple sources to identify key trends and themes, presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities to drive revenue, building compelling business cases and launching and optimising new propositions that achieve P&L targets.
  • Experience coordinating compelling campaigns that engage customers and drive revenue.
  • Strong numerical skills and commercial acumen coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Good collaboration skills and ability to present insights meaningfully that inspire action.
