Location: Newbury Plus Hybrid Working
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri Hybrid Working. Work both in the office and at home. Come to the office 2-3 days each week, as agreed with your line manager.
What you’ll do:
- Support Programme Managers and Project/Delivery Managers with budget forecasting and analysis, including producing financial and performance reporting.
- Provide project and programme management tool administration (e.g. Project Online, Oracle, SAP, DB files).
- Collect, analyse and consolidate change delivery reporting for key governance boards.
- Collate information for status reports and work closely with reporting teams when required.
- Deliver allocated pieces of work, ensuring agreed objectives and tasks are met and keep requestors up to date.
- Support and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable achievement of project objectives.
- Track and manage receipt of purchase orders to ensure alignment with delivery targets and contractual commitments.
- Support the raising of purchase orders.
Who you are:
- Experienced project/programme coordinator in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to produce high‑quality written documentation.
- Ability to work as part of a team, independently and on your own initiative.
- Good questioning skills with confidence to challenge and probe.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills in a PMO environment.
- Excellent time management and self‑organisation skills, able to work to tight timescales under pressure.
