Role Overview: As the Commercial Finance Lead – Trading Insights & Customer Profitability, you will lead the end‑to‑end IRO reporting across Vodafone, Three, and CBU, ensuring a seamless consolidation of performance metrics for senior leadership. You will own all S15/S18 dashboards, bridge raw data and actionable commercial insight, and partner with the Data & Analytics team. You will work closely with the Commercial Finance team to maintain and evolve Unit Economics (UE) models, ensuring "like‑for‑like" alignment across brands and driving profitable decision‑making. You will be accountable for KPI consolidation accuracy, support the Consumer Business Unit (CBU) with executive commentary for the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT), and maintain a centralised view of Risks & Opportunities across the combined business. Success requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, relentless attention to detail, forward‑thinking, and awareness of VodafoneThree priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • IRO Performance Reporting: Lead production of all IRO reporting for Vodafone, Three, and consolidated brand insights for weekly outlooks, month‑ends, forecasts, and long‑range plans.
  • Performance Insight: Conduct regular and ad‑hoc deep‑dives to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights at all levels of granularity.
  • Dashboard Management: Act as point of contact with D&A to build and drive new tools and dashboards, maintaining and evolving existing reports.
  • Unit Economics Management: Own all UEs, set up Three on "like‑for‑like" basis with Vodafone models, and continuously validate and evolve them.
  • KPI Consolidation: Deliver consolidated KPI reporting, weekly and monthly, across Three & Vodafone.
  • Senior Stakeholder Comms: Draft and deliver CBU IRO commentary to the CLT.
  • Trading Cadence: Attend all Investment Forums and trading meetings.
  • R&O Management: Maintain centralised view of R&O for Mobile & MBB across Vodafone & Three.
  • Investment Forum Leadership: Own the Investment Forum, manage invites, prepare decks, and chair sessions.
  • Ad‑hoc: Perform related tasks and support projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified Accountant.
  • Experience in reporting consolidation across multiple brands or departments.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset – desire to evolve reporting/dashboards and standardise across brands.
