We are looking for someone to help us build and deploy personalised customer communications that make a real difference to our customers. As a Campaign Build Specialist, you will work closely with your team to create and deliver targeted campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign briefs and bring them to life using Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Work with customer data to create personalised and relevant communications across various channels including email, SMS, app and social media.
- Build and execute campaigns using our toolset including automation and personalisation capabilities.
- Ensure campaigns are set up for success with a focus on data quality management and compliance with regulations like GDPR.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Who you are:
- Someone who is curious and analytical with a passion for understanding customer behaviour and campaign performance.
- Experience in delivering targeted and personalised campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, digital marketing and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of data structures and tools.
- Ability to work with data segmentation logic, customer permissions and targeting rules.
