Hybrid working: Employees work both in office and at home. The Hybrid model allows you to work 2-3 days per week in the office, with a minimum of 8 days per month in total. Work with your line manager to understand expectations for each role and team.

The Campaign Build Specialist AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of customer data and journey experiences across Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimiser. The role translates business requirements into scalable AEP solutions, collaborates cross‑functionally, ensures data integrity, technical excellence, and best‑practice execution. It also develops team capability, establishes processes, and maintains quality assurance standards across AEP delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Support build and execution of campaigns and journeys within Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser.
  • Configure audiences, segments, and data models using XDM schemas and datasets.
  • Assist in translating campaign requirements into technical configurations within AEP.
  • Build and maintain audience segmentation and campaign workflows to support marketing use cases.
  • Support data validation, testing, and QA activities to ensure campaigns and journeys run accurately.
  • Monitor campaign and journey performance and support troubleshooting where issues arise.
  • Contribute to maintaining documentation, processes, and knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Stay up to date with Adobe Experience Platform capabilities and best practices to support ongoing improvements.

Qualifications:

Who you are:

  • Hands‑on experience working with Adobe Experience Platform, including exposure to Real‑Time CDP and/or Adobe Journey Optimiser.
  • Experience working with campaign delivery platforms or customer data platforms within a digital marketing environment.
  • Experience supporting campaign builds, audience creation, and data validation activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders such as analytics, marketing, and data teams.
