Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

Job Description
Be part of our Business UK function, a team that are revolutionising how customers use technology and connectivity. With our extensive range of products and services, we help all kinds of organisations – from small, local businesses to multi‑national corporations – unlocking the potential of new technologies, including 5G, AI and the Internet of Things (IoT). The Senior Team Leader – SoHo, recruits and leads a high‑performing Telesales team responsible for retaining, growing, and migrating customers with fewer than 10 employees to the Vodafone brand. The role supports the business strategy, ensures sales targets are met, drives revenue growth, excellent customer experience, and strong pipeline management while ensuring compliance with SLAs, coaching for performance, and enabling consistent commercial outcomes across the SoHo segment. Direction setting and encouraging a coaching and career development culture are vital to this position.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a SoHo Telesales team to deliver sales targets, retention outcomes, and operational KPIs
- Drive customer migration from Three to Vodafone, ensuring a seamless experience and brand‑enhancing interactions
- Embed new propositions and support trading priorities, ensuring the team is equipped to sell and upsell effectively
- Lead the team through change, providing clarity, stability, and support during transformation
- Recommend improvements to processes, efficiency, and customer outcomes across the SoHo Telesales journey
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading sales teams in a fast‑paced Telesales or contact‑centre environment
- Demonstrable success delivering against sales, margin, and retention targets
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of telecoms products, services, and customer needs
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
- Skilled in CRM systems and performance management tools
