Job Description: Be part of our Business UK function, a team that are revolutionising how customers use technology and connectivity. With our extensive range of products and services, we help all kinds of organisations – from small, local businesses to multi-national corporations – unlocking the potential of new technologies, including 5G, AI and the Internet of Things (IoT). This role exists to migrate existing Three customers to Vodafone, ensuring seamless transitions and delivering exceptional customer experiences. It focuses on upselling and cross-selling to SOHO customers (up to 9 employees), driving revenue growth and margin improvement while supporting VodafoneThree’s commitment to innovation and customer‑first values.
What You’ll Do:
- Retain end‑of‑contract customers by recommending appropriate products and services across our brands and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service across voice, chat, and WhatsApp channels.
- Maintain expert knowledge of VodafoneThree products and services.
- Use CRM tools (Amdocs, Salesforce, HALO) to manage interactions and track performance.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications: Who you are
- Proven sales experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services (SIMO, Handsets, Business Broadband).
- Customer service experience with problem‑solving focus.
- Experience working towards KPI's.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
