Job Description
We\’re looking for someone to help us build and deploy personalised customer communications that make a real difference to our customers. As a Campaign Build Specialist, you\’ll work closely with your team to create and deliver targeted campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty.
What you\’ll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign briefs and bring them to life using Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Work with customer data to create personalised and relevant communications across various channels, including email, SMS, app, and social media.
- Build and execute campaigns using our toolset, including automation and personalisation capabilities.
