Energy Consultant (B2B Commercial Energy Sales) £23 – 30k Basic Salary To £60k+ OTE Birkenhead We actively seeking the best talent that we can find within. We need experienced, driven and determined Energy Consultants to join our Clients rapidly growing team of energy sales professionals. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join a well established and forward-thinking company within the commercial energy sector. Your Role: * Demonstrate and use solid industry knowledge in dealings with new and existing clients * Be able to handle clients with varying consumption levels, all the way up to mid-market level * Have an authoritative and confident telephone manner * Be able to hold a credible conversation around energy procurement at all levels * Work with suppliers, including negotiating best client packages * Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets * Meet expected outbound call KPI’s * Create, develop and manage their own B2B leads * Build and maintain relationships with current clients * Strive to add to own knowledge and industry expertise * Be able to manage own proposals and tender processes from start to completion * Be competent when reading or discussing market reports with clients or key partners * Working alongside sales director, create strategies for business retentions Essential Requirements: * Very strong work ethic * At least 1 years’ experience in B2B sales, within the last 4 years * Drive and determination to exceed given targets * Ability to plan and prioritise workload * Understanding of structured sale processes If you feel that you have the experience and skillset to be successful within this role, press the APPLY button, get your CV over to us and one of our energy sector specific Recruiters will be in touch
