We’re looking for a part-time Admin/Case Manager to join us at Three Sixty Mortgages Ltd. If you don't know us, we’re specialist mortgage brokers, mainly working with portfolio landlords. There's currently two of us here, so it’s simple: No corporate layers. No box-ticking targets. No office politics… unless you count office banter as politics. Just good work, done properly, with people who care.

The basics:

  • Part time with flexible hours (approx. 22.5 – 30 hours per week)
  • Could suit someone looking for school hours
  • Office-based in Plymouth
  • £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience (pro-rata)

What you’d actually be doing (the real stuff):

  • Chasing & liaising with lenders/clients/solicitors
  • Collating documents & keeping cases moving
  • Answering the phone & handling initial enquiries professionally
  • Diary management & general office admin
  • Running reports & keeping systems up to date
  • CRM data entry

For us, this role would be ideal if you’ve got a property background - maybe you’ve worked for an estate/lettings agent, a conveyancing legal assistant, or you’ve done admin in a financial services or regulated role. You don’t need to be a fully-fledged case manager already. What matters most is:

  • Strong organisation & follow-up
  • Confident speaking to clients and professionals
  • Calm, proactive, doesn’t flap when things get busy
  • Easy going and works well in a small team
  • A property background is a massive tick in the box

The hours really are flexible. It’s more “give and take” than watching the clock and beating people with a big stick. You’ll be an integral part of the business - with autonomy, variety, and a working environment that feels… human.

If that sounds like you (or someone you know), send a CV + short covering email to enquiries@threesixtymortgages.com. Closing date for applications 17th July 2026.
