Three Six Zero is a global management and entertainment company at the intersection of culture, talent, and digital innovation. Our London-based Entertainment team represents some of the most exciting voices in comedy, television, film, and digital content creation. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Talent Manager to support our team in delivering best-in-class service to our roster.
The Role:
As Assistant Talent Manager, you will work closely with the Day-to-Day Manager and Manager for each client to help coordinate all aspects of client support across schedules, campaigns, productions, and general career management. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for the entertainment and digital media industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day managers in the execution of client schedules and deliverables.
- Assist in calendar and diary management across multiple time zones.
- Organise and coordinate travel logistics (flights, accommodation, transport, visas).
- Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, contracts, campaigns, and promotional activity.
- Monitor and update social media calendars and liaise with digital teams as needed.
- Book glam (hair, makeup, styling) and liaise with creative teams for shoots and events.
- Prepare call sheets, schedules, meeting briefs, and casting notes.
- Take notes in meetings and assist in internal and client communications.
- Track deadlines and deliverables for brand campaigns, content rollouts, and productions.
- Provide on-the-ground support at shoots, press events, and campaigns where needed.
- Create and send monthly campaign update email for each client to key stakeholders.
- Take care of client tracker sheets (payments, commercial, broadcast, contact sheet).
Professional Development & Team Contribution:
- Assistant Talent Managers are encouraged to contribute in team and departmental meetings by introducing opportunities, sharing learnings, and providing insights into emerging industry trends.
- You will be expected to actively develop your own professional network, working with your manager to build relationships and grow your personal contact book within the entertainment industry.
- Experience in liaising between internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. agents, casting directors, producers, publicists) is highly desirable.
- Over time, consistent high performance in this role can lead to progression into Day-to-Day Talent Manager position.
Skills & Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a talent agency, management company, PR firm, production company or similar environment.
- Deep interest in entertainment, pop culture, and the digital creator space.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Flexible and comfortable working outside of standard hours when required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Tech-savvy: confident with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
