Three Six Zero is looking for a highly detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our artists, management team, and internal marketing initiatives. This role is focused on creating best-in-class visual assets for the music and entertainment industry — including social content, cover art, tour materials, pitch decks, and artist brand collateral.
This is a hands-on production and design role, not a creative director or strategy position. You will work closely with managers, marketers, and artists to bring campaigns and ideas to life through clean, modern, culturally relevant design.
Responsibilities
- Design social media assets for artists and company campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Create cover art for singles, albums, and playlists
- Build artist composites, look books, and visual identity materials
- Design tour admats, posters, flyers, and live show graphics
- Create pitch decks and presentation materials for artist opportunities, partnerships, and internal use
- Support brand and campaign visuals for artist launches, tours, merch, and announcements
- Collaborate with management and marketing teams on visual concepts and execution
- Prepare files for digital delivery and print production when needed
- Maintain organized asset libraries and version control
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of professional graphic design experience (music, entertainment, fashion, or culture-driven brands preferred)
- Strong Portfolio demonstrating:
- Social content
- Cover art
- Editorial or promotional design
- Typography and layout skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma (nice to have)
- Visual trends in music, pop culture, and social media
- Brand consistency and layout systems
Nice to Have
- Experience working with artists, labels, or talent agencies
- Motion graphics or light animation skills (After Effects)
- Merch or apparel design experience
