Role Overview: Drive paid media, audience growth, and fan data strategy across a roster of 4-5 artists. Hands-on role owning the full paid funnel, CRM, and tracking infrastructure. Turn ad spend and first-party data into streams, ticket sales, merch, and fan growth.
Responsibilities
- Paid Media: Build, launch, and optimise Meta ad campaigns across the roster. Run A/B tests on creative, audiences, and copy. Allocate budgets and hit ROAS, CPA, and CPM targets. Extend into TikTok, YouTube, and Google where needed.
- Influencer Activation: Manage influencer and micro-influencer spend across campaigns. Source, brief, and negotiate with creators. Track performance, attribution, and ROI on influencer-led activity.
- Audience & CRM: Own CRM and fan database for every artist. Segment audiences and build custom/lookalike pools. Run email, SMS, and direct-to-fan sends across release cycles. Grow first-party data through capture strategies.
- Tracking: Implement and maintain pixels, CAPI, server-side tracking, and UTMs. Ensure clean attribution across Meta, TikTok, Google, DSPs, and ticketing. Troubleshoot tracking and data issues.
- Strategy & Reporting: Align paid and CRM strategy to each artist's release and tour calendar. Work with managers, creatives, and finance teams. Deliver weekly performance reports per artist. Own spend vs. budget.
Requirements:
- Proven Meta ads experience scaling and optimisation.
- Strong CRM and database management.
- Fluent in pixel and attribution setup.
- Experience managing influencer and micro-influencer budgets.
- Able to manage multiple artists at once.
- Music or entertainment background preferred.
- The ability to build a bespoke CRM is a strong advantage.
