The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of A&R to lead our artist discovery, development, and creative strategy. This role requires an individual with deep industry relationships, a sharp ear for emerging talent, and a track record of breaking artists on a global scale. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the musical direction of our roster and driving our A&R strategy to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, sign, and develop cutting-edge talent with the potential for long-term success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, producers, songwriters, and industry executives.
- Oversee the creative direction of projects, ensuring high-quality music production and commercial viability.
- Lead A&R scouting efforts by leveraging data, industry insights, and cultural trends.
- Work closely with managers, labels, and distribution partners to maximize an artist’s success.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to break and sustain artists globally.
- Stay ahead of market trends and emerging genres to keep our roster competitive.
- Lead and mentor a team of A&R scouts and creatives.
