Asset Management Administrator

Three Six Zero has partnered with international management company Forward Motion Artists. The company also works with a roster of event brands and labels including Paradise, All Day I Dream, Repopulate Mars, Hot Creations, One Tribe, and more. This role will assist with the ongoing management of the artists’ business and their creative output. Candidates must be local to London as this is where this position will be based and in-person work is required. Coordinating with artists teams – record labels, business management, merchandise, booking agents, attorneys etc. General upkeep and organization of clients’ assets (artists’ press kits, press shots, bio, masters, artwork, and contracts) Arrange flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and travel itineraries for managers and artists Ad-hoc projects and administrative support as needed 1-2 years’ experience in a comparable role working with talent ~ Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills ~ Exceptional organizational and time management skills- Ability to work against deadlines, independently manage workload, be adaptable, and highly flexible ~ All qualified candidates will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, military or veteran status, gender, age, disabilities, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy and pregnancy-related conditions, genetic information and any other characteristics protected by the law.
