Salary: Competitive salary + plus other benefits

Hours: We haveFull Time hours available however we are open to offering the position to someone on anything between 15 hours and 37.5 hours per week.

Ideally successful candidate will be available on both Saturday and Sunday, however we are open to the ideal of part time candidates dividing up their time across week and weekend days..

Location: We are recruiting for this role in both Fulwood and Penwortham locations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and serve a variety of speciality coffee beverages with precision and consistency

  • Acting as a key holder responsible for either opening or closing the store
  • Managing the store when the Head Barista or other supervisors aren\’t on shift

Take food orders and serve food to customers

Maintain a clean and organised work area, including coffee machines, equipment, and front-of-house areas

Clear and clean tables promptly, ensuring a welcoming environment for our valued customers

Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have about our coffee offerings and food menu

Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth service

Other duties as required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic about coffee

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of customers

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work weekends and flexibility with scheduling

Previous barista experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate
