Supply teachers are vital in maintaining high standards in education, providing essential support and continuity. Whether you specialise in a particular subject or are happy to cover general lessons, we will work closely with you to match your skills and preferences to the right schools and roles. Flexible schedules allow you to pick your days – full-time, part-time, or as needed.
What you’ll need as a Secondary Supply Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTLS, ECTs welcome)
- Recent UK teaching experience at Key Stage 3 or 4 level (Key Stage 5 an advantage but not essential)
- Good classroom management and strong communication skills
- Adaptability to work across different schools and subjects
- Ability to travel to local schools for work
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
