Year 1 Teaching Assistant requirements:
- Experience working within a KS1 classroom
- Knowledge or experience of Read Write Inc Phonics (essential)
- Ability to commit to full-time hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30–3:30)
- Positive, patient and proactive approach to supporting young learners
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
