Do you have a passion for supporting young children during the earliest stages of their education? A friendly nursery in the Romney Marsh area is seeking a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Practitioner to join their team on a part-time basis. This role would suit someone with Nursery TA experience or EYFS experience gained within a nursery or primary school setting who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences for young learners.
The ideal EYFS Practitioner will:
- Support children's learning and development through play-based activities
- Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Encourage children's social, emotional and communication development
- Assist with observations and learning records where required
- Work effectively as part of a supportive EYFS team
EYFS Practitioner requirements:
- Experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- Positive, patient and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant childcare qualification desirable but applicants with experience encouraged to apply
