Job Description:

Are you a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with a passion for SEN? A well-regarded Independent School near Maidstone is seeking a full-time LSA to join their specialist SEN hub, supporting students from Year 3 to Year 13.

This is a unique opportunity to join a setting that prioritises individual learning, inclusion and holistic development. You’ll be part of a team committed to creating a calm, nurturing, and structured environment where pupils with a range of needs are given the space and support to thrive.

• Support students with a range of SEN including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and SEMH
• Provide both 1:1 and small group intervention and support in the SEN hub and mainstream lessons
• Help students access learning and build independence
• Work closely with teachers, SENCo and parents to support individual learning plans
• Contribute to a positive, safe and encouraging learning environment
• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN
• Confident supporting across both primary and secondary key stages (Years 3–13)
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Calm, patient and flexible approach
• Passionate about helping young people reach their potential
