Are you an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding short‑term opportunity?
A friendly village primary school on the outskirts of Ashford is seeking a caring and reliable EYFS TA to support their Early Years classroom from November to December.
This welcoming school offers a close‑knit team environment where every child is supported to achieve their best.
Responsibilities
- Support children with their learning through play and structured activities
- Assist staff in creating a positive and engaging learning environment
- Support children's personal, social and emotional development
- Provide intimate care where required, including nappy changing and toileting
- Help maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting children within an EYFS setting
- Comfortable providing intimate care when required
- Patient, caring and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
