We work with a number of trusted partner schools throughout the area who need teachers for daily general cover, as well as short and longer-term subject-specific roles that often develop from supply placements. Secondary Teacher responsibilities:
- Maintain strong classroom management and keep pupils engaged in learning
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school settings
- For longer-term roles, commit to full duration and where required take on full teaching responsibilities including planning and marking
- Support schools in maintaining consistent learning during teacher absence
Secondary Teacher requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised in the UK
- Recent experience teaching in secondary classrooms
- Flexibility to travel across Ashford, Canterbury and surrounding areas
- Professional, reliable and adaptable approach to teaching
