We are now looking for an Aquadrome Project Support Officer to join us on a part-time, fixed term basis, working 22 hours per week until 31st August 2026.

The Role
As an Aquadrome Project Support Officer, youll help co-ordinate and shape a National Lottery Heritage Fund project at the Rickmansworth Aquadrome focused on Water, Wildlife and Wellbeing.
The Aquadrome is a unique, biodiverse nature reserve which has been part of the Rickmansworth landscape for decades. Now, in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council, we are restoring, improving and safeguarding the site to protect its environmental heritage and ensure it can be enjoyed by all residents of the Three Rivers District.
Specifically, youll provide essential administrative and organisational support behind the scenes, from managing budgets and co-ordinating meetings to compiling key reports that help keep the project on track and on purpose.
Youll also help bring the projects story to life by crafting content for websites and social media, contributing to a powerful communications strategy that inspires, informs and engages the local community.
About You
To be considered as an Aquadrome Project Support Officer, you will need:
– Experience using Microsoft Excel to manage and monitor budgets
– A proven track record of high performance and delivering quality outcomes
– The ability to develop and maintain clear and accurate documentation
– Strong organisational and time-management skills
– A flexible approach with the ability to work some evenings and weekends
An Enhanced DBS check will be carried out for this post.
