Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inspirational leadership to ensure high-quality teaching and accelerated student progress.
• Lead on curriculum development and enrichment opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate teaching practices to support continuous improvement.
• Set and monitor targets for staff and students, ensuring outstanding outcomes.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to support student achievement.
• Promote collaborative working within the faculty, across departments, and within The Howard Partnership Trust.

The successful candidate should be self-assured, well-organized, and driven, capable of leading our accomplished faculty team. They will work closely with their teachers to craft an innovative curriculum and achieve positive outcomes for all students.
