We are currently recruiting for a variety of subjects including: Maths, Science, English, Humanities, PE, MFL, Psychology, Art and Drama. Local roles are available across Medway such as: Chatham, Gillingham, Rochester, Rainham and Strood. Secondary Teacher responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons within your subject specialism or General Cover
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Adapt to the needs of different schools and student cohorts
  • Provide meaningful feedback and support pupil progress
Secondary Teacher requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent secondary teaching qualification recognised in the UK
  • Strong classroom presence and excellent subject knowledge
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different school settings
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
